• Processing Time
▸ All orders are printed and packed within 2 business days.
▸ You’ll receive an automated confirmation email as soon as your print heads to production, plus a tracking link when it leaves our studio.
• Delivery Timeframe
▸ We exclusively use track‑and‑trace services (UPS Ground, FedEx Home, or USPS Priority).
▸ USA‑bound parcels arrive within 7 calendar days of purchase. Rural addresses may add 1 extra day.
▸ International delivery windows are displayed at checkout and vary by destination.
• Shipping Costs
▸ U.S. & Canada: FREE on orders $75 +. Flat $6.95 for smaller baskets.
▸ Rest of World: Real‑time carrier rates displayed at checkout.
• Packaging
▸ Prints 18″×24″ and smaller ship flat with corner guards.
▸ Larger formats roll into heavy‑duty tubes. Every parcel is insured against loss or damage.
• Delivery Issues
▸ If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, contact support@bespokeartprints.com within 3 days so we can open a carrier trace.
▸ Damaged in transit? Send photos of the packaging and print to the same email within 7 days for an immediate replacement.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Love‑It Guarantee — 30 Days
If you’re not 100 % thrilled, return the print in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Easy, Pre‑Paid Labels
▸ Email returns@bespokeartprints.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
▸ We’ll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid label (U.S. & Canada) or return instructions (international).
▸ Drop the parcel at any carrier pickup point within 7 days of receiving the label.
• Refund Processing
▸ Refunds post back to the original payment method within 3 business days of our warehouse scanning the return.
▸ Shipping fees on the original order are refundable if we made a mistake (e.g., misprint, wrong item).
• Non‑Returnable Items
▸ Custom design fees and digital downloads are final sale.
▸ Prints damaged by improper handling or framing are not eligible for refund.
